I can't seem to ship my cards that I've bought with store credit! How do I get them to ship?

From your "My Dashboard" page on the site, you can see the inventory you have on the site my clicking the link entitled "Manage Inventory".
-Mark the cards you want to ship by clicking the "Flag to Ship" button next to each card you want to ship.
-Go to the link at the middle of the page directly above the inventory entitled "Request a shipment of cards flagged to be shipped".
-Click "Next Step: Review Details" to make sure that your street address is correct
-Click "Next Step" again to confirm the shipment.

When I cash-out, can I have the payment sent to a different email address?

The best thing to do is to go to PayPal and add the email address used for your CheckOutMyCards.com account to your existing PayPal account. That way we can send payments to the same address you used to activate your account. You can go here to add more email addresses to your PayPal account.

If I use your consignment service, can I ever have some or all of my cards sent back to me?

All of your cards remain in your control at all times. You can have any one or more of your cards sent back to you at any time. When you sign into the website, you will be able to create shipment requests. Standard shipping rates apply, but if you use the bulk shipping option, we won't charge you any more than $25 for cards that you originally gave to us. Your cards are never more than $25 away.

Is it true that CheckOutMyCards.com doesn’t use stock photos? How is this possible?

It is true! Every image on CheckOutMyCards.com is of the actual card being sold! This is possible because we have the ability to scan items in bulk using patent-pending technology. If you are interested in utilizing this technology, contact us.

Do you have a store that we can visit? I want to be able to look at the physical card.

No, we do not have a physical storefront, and our office is not open to the public.

Does CheckOutMyCards make grading decisions on cards (Mint, Near-Mint, Fine, etc.)?

We believe that since every card is individually scanned front-and-back and can be zoomed in on up to four times the normal size of the card, there are many things you can see that are even more obvious than looking at the card in your hand. Any other things, such as creases that might not be as apparent on the scan, are listed in the condition notes that will be next to the "Add to Cart" button if there are any.

If I ordered two purchases on the same day, why am I paying two shipping charges when they'll probably shipped in the same package?

Orders are charged our standard shipping fee ($3US for the first card, $.25US for each additional card) each time they are marked for shipment. This system is automatic, and there is no discount for making multiple purchases on the same day.
While we try to make sure that orders are put together to minimize shipping cost, the reality is that the cost difference is minimal due to shipping weight. However, the cost of labor of putting orders together is what is the price of shipping is really for. That is why we charge per shipment. If you want to save on shipping, there are a couple of ways:
1. Add all the cards you want to your shopping cart with the "Add to Cart" button before making the purchase. That way, you will only pay once and you will only be charged for shipping once.
2. Set up a free account and use store credit you pre-purchased to purchase cards. That way you can purchase cards for as long as you want, and as many cards you want. You will pay for shipping once you flag the cards in your inventory and confirm the shipment.

How do I make offers on cards I want?

What is the cost of International Shipping? How do I know what countries COMC ships to?

The cost of shipping internationally as the cost of shipping internationally. Our standard rate is $3USD for the first card, $.25USD for each additional card per shipment. We ship to any country the United States Postal Service ships to.

Does store credit cost anything to purchase?

Store credit is a straight 1:1 exchange. You purchase $10 in store credit, you get $10 in store credit. Any store credit left on the site can be cashed-out without paying the 20% cashout fee.

How do I cash out the remaining store credit that I purchased less than 30 days ago and get back the entire remaining amount (no cashout fee)?

Simply cashout on your dashboard the amount you want back. The system will automatically take 20%; simply send us an email at staff@checkoutmycards.com to let us know the cashout was within 30 days, and we'll refund the entire amount.

What types of payments does CheckOutMyCards.com accept?

We use PayPal to do our credit card processing, but you don't need a PayPal account to send us a payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eCheck, PayPal, check, money order, and cash (if you catch us at a card show).

I have cards that are not listed on the site. Can I call or email to get a book value?

Due to the licensing deal we have with Beckett Price Guides, we cannot give quotes of book prices to cards we are not processing to put up on the site.

Can I purchase from CheckOutMyCards.com over the phone?

We would like to think it is much easier to purchase through our website, but if you would like any assistance placing an order, feel free to contact us.

Does CheckOutMyCards.com have want lists?

We don't fill want lists, but many of our sellers would love to fill your want links. In the next few months we hope to add a feature to the site that will allow you to enter your want lists. Then all of the sellers on the site would be able to see the cards requested by other users, and they could send those in to be added to our site, and you could be notified when they go up for sale. For now though, you can use this step-by-step tutorial to save your favorite searches on your home computer.

I can't find a particular card on the site. Can I call to see if it's in stock but not on the site?

Everything that is available for purchase is on the site. We are putting thousands of cards up on the site daily, so keep checking the site, or you can use this step-by-step tutorial to save your favorite searches on your home computer.

Will CheckOutMyCards.com buy my cards?

We don't buy cards, but the whole purpose of our site is to help people safe and easily sell cards.
